In 1975, Jim & Kathy purchased Turlock Van and Storage; Turlock Van and Storage was then an agent for Global Van Lines. Two years later they made the decision to become affiliated with United Van Lines, a fast growing, well-managed organization based in Fenton, Missouri. As Turlock Van and Storage began to grow, Jim and Kathy purchased another United agency in Stockton in 1987. In May of 1994, the Casey’s purchased a five acre office and warehouse parcel from another agent in Atwater to service that marketplace. It was at this time that they changed their name to Casey Moving Systems.
